A receipt for your upfront rental fees are being emailed to you.
We are sending your rental agreement via email. Please make sure you read it thoroughly. By continuing with your booking and picking up this Vehicle, you're legally bound to your obligations contained in the agreement.
Ensure you keep the mobile with the number at all times during the booking.
If this is your first booking with us, you will be sent instructions on how to verify your license via SMS.
You will be SMS'ed the exact location of the vehicle along with the one-time code to access the lock-box and retrieve the keys.
Once you have access to the vehicle, are required to take photos of the vehicle and notify us of any damage not listed on the rental agreement.
The vehicle is to be left as clean as you found it and any accessories used are packed and stowed in their containers behind the seats.
Be sure to take photos of the vehicle as you left it.
Keys to the vehicle need to be returned to the lock-box with the same access code that was used to unlock.
Renters are sent a code via SMS which unlocks a keybox located on the vehicle in order to retrieve the vehicle keys. The same code can be used to return the keys to the keybox on return of the vehicle.
Vehicles can be picked up from their current location by a renter any time between 6am and 11pm.
Vehicles can be returned to their location any time day or night.
Renters are charged a flat fee per kilometer traveled to cover fuel, insurance, vehicle upkeep and on road costs.
When a vehicle requires refuelling, this expense is deducted from the final bill. The vehicle does not need to be refilled on return unless the tank is only 1/4 or less full.
The GPS hardwired to the vehicle will be used to determine total kilometers traveled and a route summary will be emailed to the renter.
Our vehicles around the Indooroopilly area are fitted with a secure, tamper-proof key box. 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup, an SMS code is sent to the renters verified mobile number. This code will allow you to unlock the box and retrieve the car keys conveniently.
All of our Utes have hardwired GPS Tracking allowing our systems to know when they have been picked up or dropped off to their pickup zones around Indooroopilly and 4068 area in general.
